Salsa Under the Stars at OLEspana
When: Every Friday at 10:30 p.m.
Where: Watertown
Info: This Spanish tapas restaurant turns into a salsa club after 10:30 p.m on Friday nights. Swish those hips to the pulsing beats of Latin music and dance under the stars all night long.
When: Every Wednesday at 6 p.m. 5/15 through 8/28
Where: Roxbury
Info: This Afrobeats centric workout dance class with Shaina Omona works up a sweat while you dance to contemporary Afrobeats hits.
Dancing on the Charles Outdoor Dance Party
When: Saturdays 5/18, 6/8, 7/13
Where: Cambridge
Info: Take your best moves to this eight hour outdoor dance party along the Charles River. Dress your best, purchase drinks at the cash bar, and jam out to five different music sets.
Saborcito @ The Anchor: Salsa & Bachata

Info: Sabor Latino, Salsa y Control, and DJ Hernan are coming together to make an unforgettable night of Latin dancing at The Anchor. Learn salsa and bachata techniques, swish your hips on the floor, and enjoy cocktails with a view of the Boston skyline.

Info: Celebrate Pride Month and get your dance on at this awesome dance party in Union Square. The theme this year is Space so wear your most other-worldly outfits. After you dance to the live DJs, shop LGBTQIA+ vendors at the on-site marketplace.
When: Thursday, 6/27, 5 p.m.
Where: City Hall Plaza
Info: Break out your sequins and dance the night away to music by Boston native and disco queen: Donna Summer. If skating is more your style, bust out the moves on the skating rink with a limited number of rentable skates offered.
City of Cambridge Dance Party 💃
When: Friday, 6/28, 6 p.m.
Where: Cambridge City Hall
Info: This raucous dance party hosted by the City of Cambridge is one of the best attended dance events of the season. A section of Central Square will be closed off from traffic while residents, literally, dance in the streets to live DJ music.
When: Every other Friday at 6 p.m. 6/28 through 9/6
Where: Somerville
Info: New to salsa? Take this free bi-weekly salsa lesson at Assembly Row and then show off your skills at the dance party afterwards. More information about accompanying live music events to come.
Tito Puente Latin Music Series
When: Thursdays 7/11-8/1 at 7 p.m.
Where: Around Boston
Info: In honor of Latin Music legend Tito Puente, bands will bring live music with strong salsa beats to parks around Boston this summer. As the bands play the audience can shake and twirl on the outdoor dance floor. At some concerts MetaMovements will provide free salsa lessons.

Roaring Twenties Lawn Party 2024
When: Saturday 8/3-Sunday 8/4
Where: Crane Estate, Ipswich
Info: It’s time to test drive those retro dance moves. At this sprawling 1920s themed party, you can dance the Charleston and the FoxTrot to music from live jazz bands on two different stages. Though not free, it’s one of the most immersive themed dance parties of the season.
