Future Chefs prepares teens for success in work and life after high school with hands-on learning, mentorship, and opportunities to build the essential skills that lay the foundation for lifelong economic stability. Our students come to us with motivation, passion, strengths, and dreams of their future. But systemic inequities in education and employment access mean that many young people are not given the tools and opportunities they deserve to reach their full potential. Through fun and challenging paid work in our teaching and production kitchen, teens gain the skills and supportive relationships all young people need to reach their career goals and economic mobility.
