Join Future Chefs on August 11, 12, and 13 to celebrate a Hot Chef Summer at our fifth annual Summer Pop-Up! This youth-led pop-up restaurant features dishes planned, prepared, and served by Boston teens in our summer program.
Inspired by Megan Thee Stallion’s iconic hit Hot Girl Summer, this year’s menu lifts up messages of self love, living your best life, and being unapologetically YOU. With this in mind, teens are creating a menu full of fresh ingredients, healthier alternatives, and elevated summer staples.
You can join in on the fun and treat yourself to lunch (hello, self care!) at the Summer Pop-Up on August 11, 12, and 13. Every dish is prepared and sold by our young people, and every purchase supports youth jobs – so our teens can keep building their skills, creativity, and confidence long after summer ends.
