Food Network Chopped champion Chef Ashley Lujares has nearly two decades of experience specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine with a deep passion for Filipino-American fare. She has worked in some of Boston’s most acclaimed kitchens, including serving as Executive Chef at the beloved Myers + Chang. Her culinary journey also includes recipe writing, menu development, and food styling for the plant-based meal company Purple Carrot.
