Walk with us to defy cancer on the iconic Boston Marathon® course or virtually from your own community.
The 2026 Walk will be held on Sunday, October 4. Participants have the option to choose one of four routes (Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K or 5K) that take place along the Boston Marathon® route. You also have the option to participate virtually and walk in your own community.
Jimmy Fund Walk is the largest single-day walk fundraiser in the nation. Since 1989, the Jimmy Fund Walk for Dana-Farber has raised more than $200 million for adult and pediatric cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
