September is here, my Boston friends. As summer begins to draw to a close and we welcome the beginning of fall at the end of the month, there’s still plenty of chances to embrace the summer sun at outdoor music and dance festivals, markets, community events, and more. Here’s your guide to all of the best things happening this month with 100 things to do for $10 or less!

1) Annual San Gennaro Feast in North End

With more than 24 vendors featuring North End restaurants, a big procession, an outdoor mass, and live entertainment, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. 2) Colby Farm Sunflower Field 2024 Bloom

Info: Get lost in a field of stunning sunflowers at this New England farm. It’s worth the drive, so you can feel one with nature, get great pics with family and friends, and soak in the summer sun as you marvel at the hundreds of blooms that were planted!

Info: It’s the infamous Boston move-in day where the entire city seems to be driving (and Storrow-ing) on the roads, carrying boxes out of their U-hauls, and climbing flights of stairs. Luckily, that means a lot of people are leaving free (and sometimes, great quality) furniture, appliances, knick-knacks, and more. Find your next treasure, but make sure to sanitize whatever you touch! Then, check out the ‘Allston Christmas’ Party at the Silhouette Lounge for $1 hot dogs and festive drinks.
4) Spectacular Pollinators on Spectacle Island
