This summer, Kendall Square transforms into a vibrant social hub with the arrival of Rollerama at Kendall Common! From June 28 to September 29, enjoy free roller skating at this exciting pop-up outdoor rink, located at the corner of Broadway and Third.
Skating Schedule
- Wednesdays to Fridays: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
What to Expect
- Free Roller Skate Rentals: No skates? No problem! Grab a pair and hit the rink for free.
- Drinks At The Rink Beer & Wine Garden! Starting July 20, sip on curated natural wines and brews (after you skate!) at our wine & beer garden hosted by East Cambridge Business Association. Our special lineup of wine is curated by @rebelrebelsomerville, a woman-owned natural wine bar, and brews will feature local favorites from @lamplighterbrew, @remnantbrewing, and more. Check out tasty treats at BUENCIES, A Roller Disco Snack Bar by Gracies & Buenas, or keep an eye out for rotating food trucks.
- Community Spaces: Relax in cozy seating areas, connect with friends, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere.
- Artistic Flair: Glide over a stunning 7,000-square-foot mural by Boston artist Massiel Grullón, featuring retro shapes and a vibrant color palette.

A $5 voluntary donation is encouraged to support Cambridge non-profits throughout the season.
