Zumba with Healthworks

Esplanade Association River Fit presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts

Join us on the Esplanade for Zumba led by Healthworks at the Hatch Shell! Fusing Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves, Zumba workouts are high-energy fun for all age groups. Healthworks instructors will lead you through movements that combine fast and slow rhythms, offering both interval training and resistance training. Mix up your routine and come dance the night away with us on the Esplanade!

Water will be available on-site, but please bring your own water bottle to reduce waste. We recommend you wear weather-appropriate, breathable clothing and sun protection.

Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to receive timely updates. Please cancel if you can no longer attend so that others may join.

Zumba led by Healthworks will take place every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm starting on July 21st and ending on August 18th on the following dates:

• July 21
• July 28
• August 4
• August 11
• August 18
• August 25 - Self Defense with Healthworks
  

The final Tuesday of the series, Healthworks will be hosting a self-defense class in lieu of Zumba. Stay tuned for more information!
