Join us for yoga in the beer garden!


This fun, sunny class will be one hour long and a yin/yang style class. Expect to practice a vinyasa (movement with breath) flow for the first forty minutes of class. For the last twenty minutes of class expect to practice more floor based poses and chill-out. All are welcome to say after class to enjoy a beer.
