What is emotion? Emotion is often defined as a subjective mental reaction directed toward something specific. The word itself is rooted in a sense of stirring up, but it is something that we face and deal with moment to moment, and particularly at this time. In this workshop, Sabbi will explore current scientific ideas around emotion, as well as how emotion plays out in yoga through discussion and an asana practice that ends with restorative postures.
