Winsor Music’s season of extraordinary musical journeys begins in Paris, epicenter of some of the most fantastic and influential art created in the 19th and 20th centuries. In a season highlight, the dynamic soprano Sonja Tengblad will perform Ravel's exquisite Trois Poèmes de Stéphane Mallarmé, a work of mysterious beauty and evocative power. In addition to sumptuous works by Lili Boulanger, Debussy, and Boulez, we also will showcase the more playful side of Parisian music with Poulenc’s charming Sonata for Two Clarinets and Francaix’s infectiously joyful String Trio. Join us for a musical journey through the City of Light!
