In Whole Muscle Curing, you`ll learn how to cure your own meats for the perfect charcuterie night.
This class will give you all the info you need to cure Pastrami and Corned Beef, Capocolla, Lonzo, Proscuitto, Duck Sausage and Sopressatta, and more!
Who knows.....you may even get to sample some homemade cured meats that you can craft at the same high quality level at home!
