For the first time ever Volo is offering Ultimate Frisbee! Join us for our first league on the turf at Sweeney Field Saturday afternoons!
Sweeney is conveniently located next to two different T stops and lines (Orange and Green) and has street parking available next to the field! After your game head to your sponsor bar right up the street for player discounts!
League Schedule + What’s Included 📅
- 6 Regular Season Games + Playoffs for top teams
- Team Shirts for each individual player
- Team prize + bragging rights for the champs!
- Teams may have byes and/or doubleheaders
- Teams subject to games in all time slots
- If captains of complete teams have schedule requests on specific weeks they can include the request when registering.
- We can not accommodate schedule requests once the schedule has been released to players

Gameplay & Rosters 👫🥏
Volo Ultimate Frisbee(7v7 Open)
- Team Roster Minimum: 13 (No gender requirements)
- Registered Groups who do not meet the minimum roster requirement by the registration deadline may be merged with other small groups, or have free agents added to their roster
- 7 players max on the field (No gender requirements)
- Minimum to Play an Official Game: 4
- Self Refereed
- Game length:
- 2-20 minute halves or first to 13 points whichever comes first
Policies/Disclaimers 📝
Schedule: Depending on the number of teams it's possible for teams to have byes/ doubleheaders. The league may be shortened or extended by a week. All teams are guaranteed 6 scheduled regular season games.
Playoffs: In most leagues not all teams will qualify for the playoffs. We will always take as many teams as we can accommodate for a one night playoff, unless your league is a multi-night league.
Weather Policy: You are guaranteed 2 makeup games. Any postponements will be sent out to players via email. We try to make the call at least an hour before the first game. Please note, games on turf are rarely canceled.
