Cutting down on meat is not only healthy for you, but also for our planet! And who says vegetarian cuisine has to be boring? Join Chef Thi in the Powisset Kitchen for a hands-on class focused on two delicious and crowd-pleasing vegetarian dishes to serve at your next home gathering. You’ll make a visually pleasing, crispy tofu Katsu with soy pineapple sauce and cozy, satisfying couscous and herb stuffed winter squash. Meat not required.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
