2) Rooftop at the Envoy Hotel

Straight outta the SoDoSoPa South Park Episode, the line to get up is long, but the view just might be worth it. Monday-Sunday, 11am-11:30pm. Seaport.

3) Colonnade Hotel Rooftop Pool

The Rooftop Pool is open to the public every Monday to Thursday from 9am-9pm and Sundays after 1:00pm. Back Bay/South End.
