Adam Gendreau
Adam Gendreau is the co-founder and creator of VYB Holdings, a Boston-based company that specializes in effect-specific cannabis products that are licensed to Massachusetts-area medical marijuana dispensaries. He's been a national consultant in the cannabis industry for the last four years, with a focus on designing and building large-scale extraction labs in legal states. Previously, he was a Boston-based chef for about a decade as well as a software engineer for Dell and Microsoft.
Seth Yaffe
A restaurant industry vet of over two decades, Seth Yaffe has worked in restaurant kitchens (cooking at the James Beard House four times) as well as in the front of house, most recently as Director of Operations at The Gallows Group. He's cooked and hosted five underground multi-course cannabis-infused dinners in restaurants around Boston. Currently, he's the Director of Operations at Ermont Inc., a medical marijuana dispensary located in Quincy, MA.
