You’re getting ready to raise your Seed round - and you’ve gotten a couple of meetings with Angels… Now what?

In this workshop we will focus on the due diligence round and how to best prepare for it. From high level overviews, to in-depth analyses of every number, customer and flaw, our Angel and Legal experts will run the process through which investors evaluate early-stage companies for investment. Market analysis, financial, legal documents… In this in-depth interactive workshop you will walk away with a clear understanding and a checklist of what business documents and legal contracts investors need to see from you to make the process of investing as smooth as it can be.

We recommend for you to have attended our ‘Guide to Raising an Angel Seed Round – Part 1: Angels Perspective’ workshop.

To prepare for this workshop, you can read Christopher Mirabile’s Inc article: ‘Rites of Passage: What Investors Mean By Due Diligence
