It's a TULIP TAKEOVER at Ward's Berry Farm!
Don't miss the most beautiful event of the season! PEAK TULIP SEASON begins Thursday, May 1st. The fields are exploding with color, making it the perfect time for picking and taking photos. There are over 250,000 tulips in the field in more than 100 colors and varieties. This weekend (5/1-5/4) is THE weekend for tulips!!
Reservations are required: RESERVATIONS FOR PYO TULIPS.
Our pick-your-own tulip event is more than just a chance to pick tulips; we invite you to stroll through the tulip fields to take in the exquisite scenery and capture beautiful photos! In addition to the picking area, we have a special photo garden within the tulip patch featuring dense patches of blooming daffodils and tulips. There are benches and other props you can use to capture perfect photos. Each ticket includes a hayride to and from the tulip patch, where you have access to the pick-your-own area and the photo garden.
To prevent crowding and overpicking, we will only open a few days at a time for booking. Please visit our website to check current availability.

- WEEKDAYS: 11 AM - 6 PM
- WEEKENDS: 9 AM - 6 PM

- Everyone entering the tulip patch must have a ticket.
- All tickets include hayride to the tulip patch and back.
- All tickets must be purchased online. You cannot purchase at the farm.
Where to Go
When you arrive at the farm follow the signs to the PYO tent next to the playground. Present your QR code to check in and receive your jar(s).
What to Bring

- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Appropriate clothing (we operate rain or shine)
PYO Rules
- Walking around in undesignated areas is not permitted.
- Picking daffodils and tulips in the photo garden is not permitted. This area is for admiration and photos only!
- Touch the plants as little as possible. Do not touch any plants that you do not plan to pick.
- No pets (except certified handicapped assistance animals) are allowed on the farm property.
- The farm closes at 7:00 PM. All visitors must vacate the property promptly by this time.
- The farm manager reserves the right to close the fields at any time because of weather, picking conditions, or other factors. In the case that Ward’s cancels your reservation, a full refund will be issued.
