The flow-based (vinyasa) styled class combines movement and form and unites mind and body. Classes are designed for new and experienced students alike, intended to be challenging yet accessible with variety of options. Expect variations of dynamic, energetic movements with longer hold embodied within moderately paced sequences. This style of yoga not only stretches and strengthens your physical body but offers the opportunity for greater inner knowing.

Tickets are $20 and include the class and a 1/2 pour of beer post class. Please bring your own mat, any required yoga props, and water bottle.
