A key area of Surfrider’s advocacy is the threat of marine debris and combating unnecessary pollution from single-use and disposable plastic. The Surfrider Foundation is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s ocean, waves and beaches, for all people, through a powerful activist network. Our shared love of the ocean brings us together.
Join our monthly beach cleanups in 2026 to learn more and spend some time on the beach with fellow ocean lovers.
