Esplanade Association River Fit is presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts


Wind down the week on the Esplanade with a FREE Sunset Yoga class! Flow to the rhythm of the river during golden hour in the park. CorePower Yoga will lead this C2 class, which is a vinyasa flow.


Please BRING YOUR OWN yoga mat! We will not have mats available. We will have water available onsite, but we encourage you to bring a water bottle to reduce waste.


Pre-registration is highly recommended to receive updates and cancellations. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. If you require any accommodations, please let the instructor know prior to the start of class.


Sunset Yoga will take place every Thursday from 7-8pm starting July 23rd and ending August 27th on the following dates:
