An All Levels Yoga Flow - appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned yogis. We will focus on mindfulness, connecting breath to movement and incorporating yoga into our daily routine. Each class will end in a guided meditation. There will be opportunities to modify your practice and challenges to take your practice to the next level. Hands-on assists available for those who are interested. Please bring your own mat to practice as well as water to stay hydrated.
