Join us for a self defense class geared towards runners and supporting the pets who love them! Come and learn how to defend yourself out on the roads, have some fitness fun, and save some lives!
Your donation goes directly toward the care and re-homing of animals in the largest no-kill shelter in the midwest! The suggested donation is $20
Bring along a friend, a bottle of water, and wear sneakers, a t-shirt and athletic shorts or pants; we'll provide all of the equipment.
