- How to develop a vision and mission statement for your organization
- How to recruit a board, find funders, and find potential partners within the non-profit community
- How to obtain state and federal recognition for your NPO and some limitations on your organization’s activities
- Unique aspects in financial reporting by NPOs, tax compliance, and tax filing responsibilities.
