That’s right, we’re having pie for dinner. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi you’ll stretch beyond typical pot pies and create Tourtiere, the traditional Canadian meat pie and part of Quebec’s Christmas Réveillon and New Year’s Eve dinner. Next, we’ll make a luscious squash curry pie, to serve as an entrée or elegant side dish. Delicious!
