Meet the BOSTON IRONSIDES at Joe Moakley Park to learn the basics of rugby and have a fun workout!


Equipment needed: workout gear (t-shirt/tank top, shorts, gym shoes/sneakers), water bottle, you!

Optional equipment: gum shield/mouth guard, cleats
