Health Goth Yoga presents Riot Grrrl Yoga with Crystal ! Join her for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of indie music. Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!


This will be all levels class held outdoors in the beer garden! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.


Price includes 1 beer (or non-alcoholic drink) + tip and class
