Workout is suitable for all fitness levels, so long as participant has been cleared for exercise by their doctor. Exercise modifications will be given.


Please bring LOTS of water and sunscreen as it will likely be hot out. If you'd like a yoga mat please bring your own. Closed toed shoes are required.
