On Wednesday, July 25 Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer and the team at Post 390 are kicking off summer with a special New England Summer Seafood Dinner. The New England Summer Seafood menu boasts an impressive, locally-sourced raw bar - highlighting sustainable local seafood partners such Snappy Lobster (Scituate, Mass.), Rocky Neck Fish Co. (Boston, Mass.), and Island Creek Oyster (Duxbury, Mass.). Guests will enjoy a three-course menu featuring fresh interpretations of classic New England summer staples, like Rhode Island Clambake (with garlic scapes, bacon & leek cream, and celery leaves), Buttered Lobster Roll (chilled lobster with grilled apricot, romaine hearts, liquid corn on the cob, pan fried brioche), and Beach Bonfire Striped Bass (local clams, mussels and whelks, linguica stuffed squid, peekytoe crab, sweetcorn, sea urchin), and fresh Strawberry Shortcake.
