Join us for our charcoal grill class! 


Come grill with us on our patio! Learn how to work a Japanese grill, and make delicious yakitori and yakiniku!

 

James Beard Nominated Chef Tracy Chang and her team will demonstrate traditional and modern takes on cheesecake. 


*Guest will be working with raw meat and smoke. If you are a vegetarian or sensitive to smoke we advise you to take one of our other classes.

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. 

Children are welcome as ticketed students. 

Young children under 10 must be supervised.

Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class. 

Gluten-free and vegan offerings will be available. 

PAGU is a nut-free establishment.

Metered street parking is available.
