Hey everyone! We've gotten BostonSOS's and Improve Everywhere's blessings to host this year's Boston No Pants Subway Ride. We're planning it down to a T, and hope that you will join us.
In BRIEF, during the no pants subway ride attendees will ride the various T lines wearing all of their normal winter clothes with the minor exception of missing pants. Throughout the ride participants will act as if nothing is out of the ordinary!?
We're taking full account of the current cold weather, so this years after party is a mere 350ft from the entrance to Haymarket at The Point starting at 3:30. We won't ask you to go pantless outside except for that walk.
Still confused? Here is Improv Everywhere's account of past year's rides: https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PL04BB57CAC423416E&v=U7ePrBYb2wA
What to I bring? How do I prepare?
Yourself! Whatever clothes you'd like to wear! Arrive to the event WEARING your pants. Additionally, it is highly recommended that one brings a bag, purse, satchel, something to put your pants when the key moment arrives.
The No Pants Subway Ride is an annual global event started by Improv Everywhere in New York in 2002. Learn more about this global phenomenon here: http://improveverywhere.com/
