Tremont Street Shul hosts Joey Becker, a musician from Chicago, on Sunday August 23. He's touring behind his debut album Still Small Voice.


The format is a nigun circle rather than a standard concert - nigunim are wordless Hasidic melodies, and the whole point is that the room sings along. You don't need to read music or know any of the tunes; they're built to be picked up on the second or third pass.
