Come join us for a FREE community STEAM workshop at Atlantic Wharf in the Fort Point Room! Children of all ages are invited to team up with Minni instructors for a fun, hands-on activity every month.
Minni Space is a local business that offers programs to children of all ages out of their South End and Beacon Hill brick-and-mortar locations. Atlantic Wharf has partnered with Minni to offer a rotation of themed workshops that focus on open-ended play, material exploration, and a variety of art processes.

June 14
MINNI BLUE HUES
Cool crafting kiddos and their caregivers will learn all about the big blue sky and its many shades and hues. An instructor will guide the group through a variety of activities as they explore and mix cool colors to create artworks inspired by clouds, rain, and the sea!
July 12
MINNI SUMMER SHADES
Participants will celebrate summer in with the brightest of warm colors. A Minni instructor will guide students through a variety of projects focused on play and warm shades, including sticky collages and giant collaborative sun paintings. Soak in the summer sun with your creative little one!
August 9
MINNI ICE CREAM SHOP
Students and caregivers will whip up creative sweet treats with a variety of family-safe art materials for a summery sundae Saturday. A Minni instructor will guide students as they explore creamy textures, pastels and plenty of playful activities including an ice cream sundae sculpture making station! Expect a sweet morning of colorful creations and crafty cones.
SEPTEMBER 13
MINNI LEAF PEEPERS
Students and caregivers will discover a full spectrum of fall colors! Inspired by the illustrations in Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert, students will explore a range of autumnal materials as they create leafy garlands and textural collages, complete with lots of sensory fun.
October 18
MINNI SPOOKY HOUSES
Join us for a spooky take on architecture in this Minni workshop! Students will use an exciting medley of recycled and craft materials to design their own facades complete with towering turrets and ghastly gargoyles. Perfect for the spooky season!
November 8
MINNI COZY QUILTS
This event is perfect for every level of fiber arts experience! Create colorful patterns and
quilt motifs by sticking soft felt shapes or learn simple stitching techniques to create
your own textile artwork. Perfect for snuggling up with your favorite stuffy and a cup of
hot cocoa!
December 13
MINNI WINTER WONDERLAND
In Minni Winter Wonderland, students and caregivers will craft and create all the elements of a wintery landscape inspired by first snowfalls and Ezra Jack Keat’s renowned book "The Snowy Day." A Minni instructor will guide students through a selection of icy activities, as students explore sparkling colors and winter patterns and textures. Bundle up and come prepared for our most magical workshop yet!
