Thursday Morning Live-stream meditations focus on meditations for a clear mind. These are beautiful, profound meditations that help us focus on the mind itself. They help us learn to let go, release painful emotions, and develop positive attitudes which are beneficial for both ourselves and others.
Each class will begin with a 15 minute guided meditation, then contain about 30 minutes of teaching and instruction, and then finish with another 15 minute guided meditation.
Participants are welcome and encouraged to ask questions through the live chat feature on each stream.
