Mayor Michelle Wu is bringing the World Cup Quarterfinal to Boston Marriott Long Wharf on Thursday, July 9. Doors open at 2pm on the harborfront, and the match kicks off at 4pm on the big screen as Boston Stadium in Foxborough hosts another knockout round match this July.
This is one of the City's official free, family friendly watch parties, held in partnership with Big Night Entertainment Group and The Bowery Presents. No tickets, no cost, just a packed Long Wharf crowd in full team colors watching the winner punch a ticket to the semifinals.
It's a full day of soccer at the same address. Men in Blazers' Match Day Live tailgate takes over Boston Marriott Long Wharf from noon to 6pm with live shows and hometown guests, so fans can start the day there and walk straight into Mayor Wu's watch party without leaving the block.
Bring the family, grab a spot on the waterfront, and be part of the crowd for one of the biggest matches of the summer.
