Learn from an Art Therapist the freedom and release of creating a therapeutic mandala (sacred circle). Using an array of watercolor pencils, we will create 3-ring mandalas mindfully – using lines, shapes, colors, symbols and words to reflect on what we feel, know and hope in our lives. All materials provided.

The current exhibit at UVA’s Overlook Gallery is “Seasons and Beyond.”
