In every aerial flexibility class lasting 50 minutes, we concentrate on distinct body regions and incorporate three essential components for enhancing flexibility: dynamic stretching to increase the range of motion, enabling you to effortlessly access various postures; yin-style holds to further open up your body; and intuitive movements to connect with your physique and identify the areas requiring the most attention. These techniques not only improve posture but also help reduce tension, stretch muscles effectively, and boost mobility. The low high hammock employed in each session allows you to tackle challenging poses with ease, ultimately leading to an expanded range of movement.
