Simmer Sauces are a chef’s go-to for those magical make-ahead or on-the-spot dinners packed with flavor. Add your favorite meat, vegetables or starch to deliver tender, satisfying dishes with flavor profiles inspired by global cuisines. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll create Curried Sweet Potato Simmer Sauce with Chicken, Salsa Verde Simmer Sauce with Braised Pork and Spiced Tomato Butter Simmer Sauce with Garam Masala, Potatoes and Farm Vegetables. You’re bound to feel saucy after this class!

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
