According to the Yokohama Ramen Museum, ramen originated in China and made its way to Japan in 1859. Ramen is traditionally comprised of four parts: soup/broth, seasoning (or tare), noodles and toppings. In this hands-on class, children will learn more about the four components and make their own delicious ramen versions using farm-fresh vegetables and ingredients.
Please note Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen, and we can NOT accommodate any food allergy substitutions or requests.
This drop-off class is designed for children ages 7-12. Class is limited to 12 students. Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event. If it is within 2 days and you wish to register, please email [email protected] or call 508.785.0339 to find out if there is space remaining.
