Spend school vacation week in the Powisset Kitchen and cook up a storm! Each day, for three hours, children will learn kitchen basics and enjoy hands-on cooking with Powisset Cooks! instructors. At the end of each session, we will join together at the table and enjoy eating what we have prepared. Each child will make their own individual items.

Every day will be different, covering a range of cooking techniques and foods – check out the menus!

Monday: Mexican Fiesta!

-Quesadillas with homemade tortillas

-Fiesta rice

-Black bean dip

-Churros

Tuesday: Mangia! Italian Favorites

-Classic calzones

-Caesar Salad and dressing

-Italian cookies

Wednesday: Cupcakes!

-Classic Chocolate with homemade frosting

-Strawberry with homemade frosting

-Funfetti with homemade frosting

Thursday: Dumplings!

-Vegetable, Pork, and Dessert Dumplings

Please note Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen, and we can NOT accommodate any food allergy substitutions or requests.

This drop-off class is designed for children ages 7-12. Class is limited to 12 students. Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event. If it is within 2 days and you wish to register, please email [email protected] or call 508.785.0339 to find out if there is space remaining.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another program within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours cancellation of the class.
