We couldn't be more thrilled to introduce Diana Kudayarova and Tse Wei Lim to the Formaggio Kitchen classroom! As the exceptionally talented and creative chefs and owners behind Journeyman, Study, Ames Street Deli and Back Bar, Tse Wei and Diana will demonstrate the proper techniques when preparing everything from oysters and mussels to clams and scallops! In the wintertime, when the waters off the Atlantic coast are the coldest, the seafood is the sweetest. Tse Wei and Diana, renowned in the food industry for their creativity, will take you through a five course tasting, each course highlighting a technique that showcases these delicious little creatures! As always, we will have some choice beverages on hand to enjoy during the class.
