2. Restorative crystal bowl sound bath (bring a yoga mat or blanket!)
3. Visualization and journaling to integrate the teachings of the workshop and customize it to your own life

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a yoga mat/blanket and your favorite notebook and pen

Our studio, The City Retreat, is located at 516 E2nd St in Boston, MA 02127 — we will send instructions on how to access the space via email prior to the retreat!
WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear whatever feels cozy and comfortable to you! Please wear socks as we have white floors and will ask you to take off your shoes upon entering the studio.
Each City Retreat afternoon retreat runs for about 2.5 - 3 hours and is capped at 15 women.
