Yoga and meditation are matters of the spirit. Let’s celebrate that spirit, the life force energy on this International Day of Yoga like never before. Join us for the grand celebration at Boston Common and Massachusetts State House on Friday, June 21st, 2019. Entry is free. RSVP required.

Yoga Asana competition:

Open to all age groups.

Perform the entire sequence of Sun Salutations. The sequence includes twelve postures. (In some traditions the beginning and end posture of standing in namaste are not considered as postures in sequence. Those traditions consider the Sun Salutations as a sequence of ten postures.) Participants will be graded on flexibility, gracefulness, agility, correctness, and overall presentation.
