Health Goth Yoga presents Indie Yoga with Sheri! Join us for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of indie music. Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!


This will be all levels class held inside the Bone Up tape room! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.


Price includes 1 beer (or non-alcoholic drink) + tip and class
