LGBTQIA+ folks and allies are welcome to join us for Rainbow Book Club every other last Wednesday evening of the month. Each meeting will center on a broader theme. Participants will have the option of choosing from two books that ties into the theme while centering the LGBTQIA+ experience. Books will be available to borrow at the first floor helpdesk a month prior. 


This is our inaugural book club - we look forward to seeing you there! 


Our inaugural theme is Leaving Home - these books explore the intersection of nationality, gender, and sexuality and explore immigration and the circumstances that lead people to leave their home country behind. Our selections are On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong and The Skin and Its Girl by Sarah Cypher.
