Great for tourists and locals!
Drizzle or rain cancels!
I provide updates to your e-mail if it rains or drizzles.
Have you ever wanted to know how to take great photos? Learn framing, light direction, color balance, composition, etc. We will take photos of wildlife, birds, macro, landscapes, possible insects, etc. and hopefully there will be something to see this time of year.
Horn Pond in Woubrn, MA is known for it's variety of wildlife species from deer and especially many bird species.
Bring any camera that you feel comfortable with. A camera with a 300mm - 600mm lens is best for getting bird photos. Hummingbirds maybe in the garden. A fast shutter speed would be best.
We'll meet at the parking lot at Horn Pond boat launch on Sturgis Street. Not Lake Ave.
Session is about 2 hours.
We will be doing a long walk around the pond so wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Bring water or Gatorade sunscreen, and three season gear, if needed. It may be cool in the AM. Long sleeve shirt, long pants, mosquito repellent, hat, liner gloves. All is not necessary.
You will be learning from photographer, artist and musician Stephen Buckman
