South Shore Conservatory ushers in the holiday season with a Duxbury Music Festival preview concert Holiday Jazz, featuring Boston-based Caio e Jess Quintet on Wednesday, December 3, at Island Creek Oyster Bar (ICO), 403 Washington Street in Duxbury. Doors open at 5:30, music starts at 6 pm.  Led by American vocalist, Jessica Curran and Brazilian guitarist, Caio Afiune, this award-winning jazz ensemble presents a unique blend of jazz, rock-pop and Brazilian music. An award-winning ensemble, Caio e Jess delivers an ethereal, immersive show of virtuosic electricity. Their works explore the many forms of compassion and unity toward each other and toward the planet, with rich harmonies and a synthesis of acoustic instruments and modern technology. Island Creek Oyster Bar, located on scenic Duxbury Bay, offers a casual dining experience with a focus on fresh oysters, hand-packed caviar, and a variety of local craft beers and wines.  Tickets to South Shore Conservatory’s Holiday Jazz are $40 and may be purchased at https://give.sscmusic.org/holiday-jazz-2025. Please note that food and drink are not included in the ticket price.
