Welcome to our brand new wine educational program, developed for the serious oenophile!
Join us for three Wednesday evening tasting classes exploring the singularly complex and revered wine-growing region of Burgundy. Each class will feature 6 wines, tasted side by side.
Wine expert Tom Wilcox will teach you everything he knows about this gorgeous region of France. These classes will take place in our newly renovated Founders Room, which promises to enhance this experience of the senses.
This class will cover the basics of grapes, classification levels, sub-regions, and geography – all the elements to understand Burgundy.
Maximum of 24 students per class. You can enroll for one class, however we recommend purchasing the 3 classes to make the most of your educational immersion in the world of Burgundy.
