This September, join us for a culinary journey to Brittany, one of France's most beloved gastronomic regions, renowned for its rugged coastline, exceptional seafood, and irresistible crêpes.
In this hands-on workshop, Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you in preparing a traditional Breton menu featuring salmon rillettes served as an appetizer, followed by authentic Breton crêpes with homemade salted butter caramel, one of Brittany's most iconic desserts.
Learn classic French techniques while discovering the flavors and traditions of this remarkable region. After the cooking session, we'll gather to enjoy our meal together over a glass of wine and lively conversation, in French. As we say in France: Santé!
***All workshops are conducted in French. Beginners are welcome***
