Alongside Families for Depression Awareness, parents and caregivers will learn how to identify symptoms of stress in themselves and family members, manage stress as a family, respond when symptoms become “more than stress”. This workshop is facilitated by FFDA staff and delivered by a licensed mental health professional. 

*This workshop is free. Registration is encouraged, and you'll get a reminder if you sign up. Walk-ins are also welcome.
